Location was not great.

I was very surprised at the inside because the outside was not attractive. Staff was extremely pleasant.

Neighborhood did not look too friendly/appealing.

Only stayed one night. Staff was extremely pleasant and hotel room was very clean, bed was also very comfortable. The only thing that stuck out was that the elevators were very dirty. Get location if you have an early flight to catch. Free shuttle service to/from the airport. ...read more

Very clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet at night.

Breakfast not included w/overnight stay, no shuttle service from hotel to Boston's N. end.

Although this hotel is not located in the "best" area in terms of surrounding neighborhoods, it is a beautiful and clean hotel, and it was comfortable and quiet at night.

The room was clean.

Inconvenient location.

The people in the room across the hall fought and slammed their doors all night. When I brought this up when I checked out the front desk said they were sorry about that.
